Introduction:
I joined the SZEngine team already as a freshman, in the fall semester of the 2021/22 academic year. Initially, my role was based on online marketing, website management and graphic design. During this time, I gained a lot of professional experience and gained insight into the operation of the department. As of March 2023, I will be Head of Department, so most of my team work will consist of managing the strategic operations of the management department.
Goals:
My goals are to maximize the efficient operation of our department, to pass on my gained experience to team members, and to provide our newly arrived team members with the opportunity to gain as much professional experience as possible, to look back on their years spent at SZEngine with pride and warmth.
