- How long were you a member of the team, which department did you belong to?
I was head of the brake pad department from 2015 to 2017, after that I only helped sometimes if needed.
- What were your main tasks?
My task was brake pad development and detail management. My main work is the first version of the control panel, testing and the design of the current new brake pad. This was exciting because we cut the brake pad we got as raw material to the right size.
- What are you most proud of among your achievements in the team?
I am most proud of the design of the new brake bench and the fact that I was able to work in a very well-functioning team at that time.
- What was your best experience during your time here?
The company is the greatest experience, it was always nice to work with them. Additional experiences include testing, driving a test car and participating in a competition.
- Why was your time in the team valuable to you?
It was interesting for me because I learned a lot. I was able to learn a lot about engine development and mechanical engineering because of brake pad design. The contact with the supporting companies was particularly good, from there I came to Revotech 6 years ago and have been working there ever since. The teamwork was a particularly good experience. It could be day, night, even for 12 hours, but it was always worth it.
