- How long were you a member of the team, which department did you belong to?
I was a team member between 2018-2021, during the test and later I worked as a member of the brake bench department, and in my last year I also gained insight into the tasks of the thermodynamics department.
- What were your main tasks?
As a tester, complete maintenance and installation of the engine, conducting car tests, data analysis. During that time, our task with the brake bench team was to maintain and develop and then rebuild the locality. I helped the thermodynamics department with smaller tasks and projects related to previous departments.
- What are you most proud of among your achievements in the team?
I was involved with perhaps the smallest part of the engine when I was still a tester, which was the decompressor spring. I designed, manufactured and tested this myself. The part provided a solution to our engine starting problems that occurred during tests and competitions at the time, which was critical in several competition situations.
- What was your best experience during your time here?
To see the engine and the car perform live in competition.
- Why was your time in the team valuable to you?
I gained a lot of theoretical and practical knowledge and experience during this time. Thanks to this, for example, I was able to dig even deeper into the world of simulations in my thesis and diploma thesis, further developing and at the same time making use of the knowledge I acquired. The knowledge and mentality acquired by the team also helped me in my career and still helps me a lot to this day.
